  • What products do you offer?
    We carry a variety of products including Trading Card Games (TCG) like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh!, as well as RPG supplies, Warhammer miniatures, and secondhand items for TCG and tabletop games.
  • Do you sell products online?
    Yes, we do online sales! We sell on TCG Player, and though this website! We also love seeing our customers face-to-face!
  • Can I return or exchange products?
    All sales are final. We’re here to help you make an informed purchase, so feel free to ask our team any questions before buying.
  • Do you buy secondhand TCG or gaming items?
    Yes, we occasionally buy and trade select secondhand TCG cards and gaming items in good condition. Please visit us in-store to discuss.
  • Can I reserve items or pre-order products?
    If called and asked we will hold product for 7 days! We also take preorders too, although only for Magic The Gathering now! Feel free to give us a call anytime to check what we have!
  • Do you host game nights or tournaments?
    Yes! We regularly host TCG tournaments, RPG sessions, and Warhammer battles. Check our store calendar or ask our team about upcoming events.
  • Do you sell snacks or drinks?
    We do! Grab a snack or drink while you play – we have a selection of gamer-friendly options available.
  • Is there an age limit for events?
    Most events are open to all ages, though some may have specific age requirements. Ask our team for details on individual events.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in-store. They make a great gift for the gamers in your life!
  • How can I contact you?
    Feel free to visit us in-store during our open hours or give us a call. We’re here to help with any questions!

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all purchases made in our store are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including Trading Card Game (TCG) products, RPG supplies, Warhammer miniatures, and secondhand items.

Why No Returns?

Due to the nature of our products and the hands-on experience we offer, we are unable to accept returns. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in making informed decisions about your purchase.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a product defect or missing components, please bring the item and your receipt back to the store within 7 days of purchase. Our team will assess the item and may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
